The Rotary Foundation’s Group Study Exchange (GSE) program is a unique cultural and vocational exchange opportunity for professionals. Rotary District 7630, Maryland's Eastern Shore and the State of Delaware, is paired with Rotary District 2070, Emilia Romagna (except Piacenza), Republic of San Marino, and Tuscany, Italy.
