Leaving Siena

Posted by Stephen

Morgan and I went for a final walk this morning through the beautiful town of Siena. At the open market, we ran into Siena Rotarian Duccio Panti. Morgan had been looking for a bank. Duccio spent the next hour with us trying to find a bank that was open. He went far beyond the call of duty. After 5 different stops, we found a place for Morgan to exchange money.

While Morgan exchanged her money, I hopped into a shop (Belmonte) and bought two Italian shirts. With the shortage of clothes, I was very exctied to pull this off!
We then said our final goodbyes to Sabine- one of our kind rotarian hosts while we were in Siena. It was then off to Florence (Firenze)!
Posing with Duccio at one of the many banks that were closed this morning!

The team with Sabine from RC Siena!
