Today we toured the Fattoria dei Barbi (Farm of the Catfish)winery and farm. This farm is about 60km outside if Siena.It was amazing. The specialty of the farm is the Brunello wine. The farm also makes cheeses, cures meats, makes olive oil, and honey. Here are a few pictures from the day in the Montalcino region of Italy.
