We arrived in Lucca on May 13th. It's a beautiful and unique town. The history is so very interesting.
The GSE Team was warmly greeted by Rotarians Paola Girolami and Paolo Luchessi. After dropping off our stuff, Paola and Paolo took us to the home of Rotary Member Marco Porciani for a lovely lunch. Marco is on Suzy's left. The former RC Lucca president is on her right. 
After lunch, we were given a walking tour of Lucca by RC Montecarlo Member Matilde Andreini.
We visited the Boccherini Consevatory which a special treat. We were given a tour by the Director. We enjoyed seeing many students practicing. The string quartet was a hightlight!
